  2. Take 3 tbsp brown sugar

Bring to a boil and cook,. Heat the oil over medium heat in a large saucepan. In a small Dutch oven, combine vinegar, brown sugar, onion, orange zest, orange juice, raisins, jalapeño pepper, cinnamon stick, mustard seeds, salt, and allspice; bring to a boil over medium heat.
