Then wash and soak the toor dal and green chana in a bowl.   3. Saute all above-mentioned ingredients now add turmeric powder and salt and add the mix grains add at least 4 cups of water and close the cooker for 2 whistles
  4. Open and healthy khichdi is ready keep the consistency accordingly garnish with chopped tomatoes, green coriander and lime juice,enjoy with fresh curd.
