  1. Heat a pan add almond, cashew nut, posts, rose petal, green cardamom, fennel seed, black pepper, melon seed, poppy seed and saffron. Stir for 1-2 minutes in low heat. Then switch the flame off.
  2. Cool it and grind it and make a fine powder. Now add cinnamon powder and nutmeg powder to the mixture. Store it in a air tight container.
  3. In a blender add 250 ml chilled milk, sugar and powdered masala. Blend it. Pour it into a serving glass. Garnish it with chopped pistachio and saffron thread.
