Instructions to make Pineapple kesari:
  1. Add a tablespoon of ghee and roast the rava until it gets heated. Don’t let it brown.
  2. Remove the rava. Add another tablespoon of ghee and roast the nuts and raisins. Remove once golden.
  3. Boil the water until it bubbles. Add cardomom to the water. Food color is optional and add to water if you want to use.
  4. Add the rava little by little and stir so it doesn’t form lumps. Add in the ghee as and when it gets difficult to stir.
  5. Add the sugar and stir. Once the sugar melts add the finely chopped pineapple.
  6. Once rava is cooked, add the nuts and any leftover ghee. Enjoy!!
