  1. Get 250 gm potato
  2. Take 1 finely chopped onion (Big)
  3. Prepare 2 red dry chillies
  4. Make ready 1 teaspoon salt
  5. Take 2 tablespoon mustard oil
  6. Prepare 3 chopped garlic grains
  7. Take 1 green chilli chopped (as per taste)

  1. Wash the potatoes, boil them till they are soft. Peel the skin off after cooling it off. Smash the potatoes to make it in a dough. Add salt to it. Take a kadhai, put little oil in that, put the dry red chillies in that, take them out when it is blackish. Put them in potato dough. Take the kadhai, add the remaining oil to it. Add the onions, garlic, and green chilli to it. Fry until onion is golden brown. Put the potato dough into the kadhai. Stir all well under low flame. Take it out and serve😀
