Instructions to make Vegeterian:
  1. Mix well the flour and precooked butter nut,put a little salt and some oil,knead well.let it rest for 1hr before making the balls.Make the chapatis,and avoid a lot of heat to avoid burning.
  2. In a clean sufuria,put the chopped carrots,some onions and a little margarine.let it cook for 5 minutes.
  3. Add the spinach and to taste salt,Let it cook for 5mins to be ready.
  4. In a separate sufuria,fry onions do not let it turn brown,add 2 medium ripe tomatoes,let it cook well,add your grains, spaices of your choice(i use paprika or royco cube).
  5. Let it cook for 8-10mins under low heat,,,add 500mls of water,,let it boil.add capscum or dhania after its ready.
  6. Serve and enjoy.You can cut the chapus,your shape.
