Add Salt, Green Chili Paste, Garlic Paste and mix well, add water and make the dough like that of the onion pakoras. Deep fry these pakoras on slow flame. Veg Pakora Recipe Preparations: Boil the potato until it tenders, peel and chop potato finely.

Instructions to make Tender Jowar Pakora:
  1. In a bowl, combine all the above mentioned ingredients (except oil).
  2. Add required quantity of water and make a batter of dropping consistency.
  3. Just before frying, add 1-2 tbsp. of the hot oil to the batter and mix well.
  4. Drop spoonfuls of the prepared batter in hot oil.
  5. Deep fry them to a golden colour.
  6. Drain on a kitchen towel.
  7. Serve these hot pakoras with green chutney or tomato ketchup
