Hello everybody, it’s me again, Dan, welcome to my recipe page. Today, we’re going to make a distinctive dish, apple-chilli paratha. One of my favorites. For mine, I’m gonna make it a little bit tasty. This will be really delicious.

  1. Get 1 1/4th cup Multi grains flour –
  2. Prepare 1 1/4th cup Whole wheat flour –
  3. Get 3 Apple –big
  4. Get 10 Green chilli –(adjust)
  5. Get 1/2tsp Red chilli powder – (adjust)
  6. Prepare 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
  7. Take to taste Salt
  8. Take Oil/Ghee – to roast the paratha
  9. Prepare 2-3 tbsp Water – (to knead the dough)

In fact it's a very versatile preserve and well worth making. I've even added a little to winter salad dressings to give them a bit of a lift. Steps to make Apple-chilli paratha:
  1. Wash, wipe well and grate the apples, make green chilli – salt paste and add it to the grated apple
  2. Add in both the flours, red chilli powder and turmeric powder and mix everything well while kneading, the watery content in the apple is enough to knead the dough, if not use very little water ie.. 2 or 3 tbsp and allow it to rest for 1 hour, do not use more water, as after soaking the dough becomes still more soft
  3. Pinch a portion of the dough, roll it by dusting the wheat flour
  4. Cook on both the sides applying ghee/oil, serve with any raita or curry or subji
