In a heated wok pour oil drop mushroom and letvit charred then place aside sautee ginger and garlic then mix with mushroom.Add in broccoli mix it then pour a little water.To let broccoli cook add soy sauce too.Cover and simmer until broccoli are half done.Then add in fried tofu and eggs.Mix well and serve
