Prepare 4-5 burn pav, cut into bite size pieces
Take 1/2 cup green boiled peas
Prepare 1 small cauliflower, grated
Prepare 1 medium chopped Capcicam
Make ready 2 medium potatoes, boiled
Take 1 cup grated process cheese
Take 2 cheese slice piece
Make ready 1 tbsp butter
Prepare 1 tbsp oil
Prepare 2 medium onion, chopped
Take 2 medium chopped tomatoes
Take 1 tbsp red chilli powder
Take 2 tbsp pavbhaji masala
Take as per taste Salt
Prepare 1 tbsp chopped Coriander for garnishing
Instructions to make Pav Bhaji Fondue:
Heat butter and oil in a pan, add onions and saute till translucent.
Add ginger-garlic paste, mix and saute for 2-minutes. Add tomatoes and salt, mix well and cook till tomatoes turn soft.
Add chilli powder and pav bhaji masala, mix well and cook till oil separates.
Add cauliflower, green peas, and Capcicam mix well and cook for 1 minute. Add potatoes mix well and cook for 1 minute.
Add salt and Coriander leaves, mix well and cook for 1 minute. Add pavbhaji masala and mix well add 1-cup water, mix and cook for 5-minutes
Switch of the flame and mash with a hand blender. Add water as required, to adjust consistency
Heat pan, strain the prepared mixture into it and let it heat. Add cheese and mix till the cheese melts.
Transfer the cheese bhaji in the fondue pot, top with butter, garnish with Coriander leaves and serve immediately with pav pieces.
