  2. Prepare 2 medium sized boiled sweet potatoes

  6. Take 4-5 dates
  7. Get 1 tsp cardamom powder
  8. Prepare 1 tsp rose water

  1. Make a coarse powder of sago
  2. Take a pan, add 2 cups milk and sago let it boil
  3. Add sugar, 1/2 tsp cardamom powder fig & dates
  4. Let it cook
  5. Take it off from flame. & place it on plate add rose water and level it. & keep it refrigerator for 30 minutes
  6. Make a paste of sweet potatoes add cardamom powder and clarified butter
  7. Spread this potato paste on sago mixture. Add nuts and petals
  8. Let it set in refrigerator for 1h
  9. Serve it chilled
