  1. Boil soya chunks and keep aside.
  2. Take bowl add besan,red chilli powder, salt, black pepper powder, coariander leaves and corn flour.mix well add water and prepare dosa consistency batter.
  3. Heat deep pan add oil on medium to high flame.mix soya chunks in batter rest for five minutes and put in oil. Fry till crisp. serve hot with sauce
