  10. Sprinkle 1/2 the shredded cheese over the meat mixture.
  11. Layer the remaining spinach
  12. Add refried beans to the reserved meat and mix.
  13. Add the meat and bean mix and spread to cover the spinach.
  14. Bake for 25 minutes.
  15. Add remaining cheese and chips. Bake or broil until cheese is melted (~5 minutes).
  16. Let stand for 15 minutes and serve.
