  8. Get 2 spoons sugar
  9. Get 20 strawberries

In a large bowl, beat the egg whites with ½ tsp of lemon juice. Once they've begun to foam, add the sugar one tablespoon at a time and whip egg whites until stiff peaks.   4. Add the flour and mix it gently with whiskers in circle movement until all the flour is absorbed.
  5. Preheat the oven. put paper at the bottom and side of a very small pan
  6. Pour in the batter and in overn for about 25-30 minutes with 180 degrees
  7. Test if the cake is ready with putting a toothpick inside if comes out clean cade is done
  8. Take the cake out of pan and put on rack leave to cool down
  9. Wash and dry strawberries. remove the green part
  10. Pour the whipping cream in a bowl. set the bowl on water and ice to keep it cold while whisking. Add two spoons of sugar mix it first in slow speed then fast.
  11. Keep mixing until it gets hard and you can see lines over the cream. Don’t over mix it as it will be hard to spread it
  12. Remove the paper from cake cut it into half. put a layer on the plate you want to serve your cake
  13. In original Japanese cake the add two spoons of water with 2 spoons of liquor to make the cake a bit wet before spreading the cream i used two spoons of warm water and a spoon of honey and made the surface of both layers wet
  14. Spread cream on the first layer put strawberries on top of it spread more cream on top of strawberries
  15. Put the second half of the cake make it's surface wet spread cream and cover all over the cake with cream
  16. Design it with some strawberries
