  1. Prepare For preparing gram flour batter:
  2. Get 1 cup besan/gram flour
  3. Get 1/4 tbsp turmeric powder
  4. Prepare 1/2 tbsp carom seeds
  5. Take 1/2 tbsp kashmiri red chilli powder

  9. Make ready 3 tbsp oil
  10. Take 1 tbsp ginger paste
  11. Take 1 finely chopped carrot
  12. Take 1/2 cup finely chopped cabbage
  13. Prepare 1 finely chopped tomatoes
  14. Make ready 1 finely chopped capcicum
  15. Take 1/2 tbsp turmeric powder
  16. Get 1/2 tbsp red chilli powder
  17. Take 1/2 tbsp salt
  18. Prepare 1/2 tbsp garam masala
  19. Get 2 tbsp Chopped green coriander leaves

This is the only pre-preparation that is required. Grind moong dal along with green chilies and ginger into a smooth batter adding just enough water to grind the dal. How to Make Mushroom Stuffed gram Flour Chilla Sprinkle a pinch of salt and paprika on mushrooms and set it aside. Take a bowl and mix all ingredients except mushrooms.

Instructions to make Stuffed vegetable chilla:
  1. For preparing gram flour batter : Take a big vessel and add gram flour, turmeric powder, salt, carom seeds and red chilli powder.
  2. Now add water into batter and mix using whisk. Whisk until there is no lumps.and rest it for 20 minutes.(further of required add 1/4 cup water and whisk again)
  3. For preparing stuffing : take a pan and heat oil and saute ginger paste.
  4. Further add finely chopped carrots, capsicum and cabbage and saute ot well until vegetables are cooked yet retain their shape.
  5. Now lastly add tomatoes and saute it for 2-3 minutes. After that add salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and garam masala and combine well.
  6. Lastly add chopped green coriander leaves. And mix it well in stuffing.
  7. For preparing chilla : take a non-stick pan and pour the batter on tawa. spread gently and making sure that chilla is slightly thick. Apply oil in the corner of chilla. An
  8. Allow to cook on low medium flame until the bottom is cooked completely. And flip the chilla.
  9. Press gently and make sure that chilla is cooked from both the sides.now spread 2 tbsp of stuffing on half of the chilla. Fold half and roast slightly crisp.
  10. Now our chilla is ready enjoy it. Serve ot with green chutney.

How to Make Mushroom Stuffed gram Flour Chilla Sprinkle a pinch of salt and paprika on mushrooms and set it aside. Take a bowl and mix all ingredients except mushrooms. Make a paste of flour (slightly thick) and spices with water. It's quick to make as the cheela ingredients are just oats and whole wheat flour batter made into cheela and stuffed with a creamy palak and paneer flavoured filling. The palak and paneer is packed with simple flavors like cumin and chilli and then made creamy with Veg Mayo.
