The ingredients needed to make Poke bowl:
  1. Prepare Cooked rice
  2. Get Preferred veggies
  3. Prepare Preferred fruits (mangoes goes really well)
  4. Make ready Fresh salmon or preferred meat/fish
  5. Get Dressing:
  6. Get Soy sauce
  7. Prepare Ginger-garlic paste
  8. Prepare Sriracha sauce

  1. In a bowl, marinate salmon with 1/2 of the soy sauce, sriracha, black pepper, sesame oil, ginger-garlic paste and set aside for 10mins.
  2. Meanwhile put ur rice in a bowl, chop ur preferred veggies, I used tomatoes, pepper, spring onions and carrots. Put everything on top of rice, plus your fruits
  3. And add marinated salmon. And add remaining dressing on top and garnish wit sesame seeds.
