  1. Melt butter in sauce pan, add cayenne pepper
  2. Once melted add spinach and artichoke hearts
  3. Once spinach/artichoke is simmering, mix in cream cheese (heat should be on low/med)
  4. Mix in 1/2 cup of parmesan (set aside other half for topping)
  5. Mix in mozzarella cheese and salt & pepper
  6. Put mixture into a baking dish, top with rest of parmesan.
  7. Bake at 350°F, covered, for 35 min!
  8. Serve with bagel chips, bread slices, or tortilla chips
