- Take 1 lemon juice

Instructions to make Sudharas:
- Take sugar in one pan or any utensil add equal amount of water to it. Keep on medium to high flame. Boil until you get a syrup.
- Add lemon juice to it, add pinch of salt & mix well. Boil five more minutes and add cardamom & rose petals (petals are optional: traditional version is plain, I have added the petals to get pink color and taste, but you can skip this)
- Goes well with chapati and ghee.it should not be runny.
