  2. Heat oil in wok, add whole spices, bay leaf and wait till crackle
  3. Add ginger garlic paste and fry till its fragrant
  4. Add yogurt and Bhoonify, add salt and Stock cube, white pepper powder.
  5. Add water and check salt, boil it and add rice, cook on high flame till steam stage.
  6. Now sprinkle peas, brown onion and put on dum for 5-8 minutes.
  7. Serve hot.with boiled eggs and shami kabab.
  8. Tips. If you have frozen peas, sauté them with oil then add. You can add or skip yogurt.. both taste delicious.
