Remove mixture from pan and stuff inside fish.
Put fish inside tray (like the one I have in the photo). Grill on bbq. - - Alternative: if you do not have a fish tray then spread some foil on a baking tray and lay fish on it. Put in oven at 350 then finish off on broil to get the skin crispy.
