Instructions to make Apple Kalakand Momo drizzled with Rabdi:
  1. In a nonstick pan take the above-mentioned ingredients except the dry fruits & saute on low flame for 15 mints or till the mixture leaves the sides of the pan.
  2. Switch off the flame & transfer the contents to a greased tray.Garnish with chopped almonds,pistachios.
  3. Set aside to cool down a bit before refrigerating it for an hour.
  4. For momo- Knead a dough with flour, ghee, sugar, salt & required quantity of water.
  5. Cover with a damp cloth & keep aside.
  6. Divide the dough into 7-8 equal portions. Rollout each portion into a small puri.
  7. Place some of the crumbled apple Kalakand in the centre & give the shape of momo.
  8. Make similar momos with the remaining dough & kalakand (reserve some Kalakand for garnishing)
  9. Steam them in a steamer for 8-10 mints.Now place the momos in a serving plate & drizzle the homemade rabdi over it.
  10. Garnish with the remaining Kalakands, saffron, chopped almonds, pistachis, rose petals & enjoy this fusion delicacy.
