Make ready 4 apple peeled,grated
Make ready 300 gms homemade paneer/ cottage cheese / crumbled
Make ready 2 tbsp milk powder
Make ready 400 gms sweetened condensed milk
Prepare 1 tbsp ghee
Take Pinch saffron
Take 1/2 tsp cardamom powder
Prepare 1 tbsp chopped almonds
Take 1 tbsp Chopped pista
Instructions to make Apple Kalakand Momo drizzled with Rabdi:
In a nonstick pan take the above-mentioned ingredients except the dry fruits & saute on low flame for 15 mints or till the mixture leaves the sides of the pan.
Switch off the flame & transfer the contents to a greased tray.Garnish with chopped almonds,pistachios.
Set aside to cool down a bit before refrigerating it for an hour.
For momo- Knead a dough with flour, ghee, sugar, salt & required quantity of water.
Cover with a damp cloth & keep aside.
Divide the dough into 7-8 equal portions. Rollout each portion into a small puri.
Place some of the crumbled apple Kalakand in the centre & give the shape of momo.
Make similar momos with the remaining dough & kalakand (reserve some Kalakand for garnishing)
Steam them in a steamer for 8-10 mints.Now place the momos in a serving plate & drizzle the homemade rabdi over it.
Garnish with the remaining Kalakands, saffron, chopped almonds, pistachis, rose petals & enjoy this fusion delicacy.
