The ingredients needed to make Kesariya jalebi:
  1. Get 2 tbsp Besan/ gram flour
  2. Make ready 2 tbsp Curd
  3. Make ready 1/4 tsp Baking powder
  4. Make ready 1/2 tsp Haldi/ Turmeric powder
  5. Take For sugar syrup
  6. Get 1cup Sugar
  7. Make ready 1 cup Water
  8. Take pinch saffron
  9. Get 1/4 tsp cardamom powder
  10. Take 1-2 drops rose essence
  11. Prepare as needed Nuts and pistachios to garnish
  12. Take as Ghee to fry
Instructions to make Kesariya jalebi:
  1. In a bowl take Maida, besan, Baking powder, haldi and mix.
  2. Add curd n mix well
  3. Then water little by little so that you will get medium thick batter.
  4. Keep aside o ferment fr 10 -12 hrs.
  5. After fermentation of batter stir n mix well n fill batter in squeezer bottle.
  6. In another pan take water n sugar bring it to boil n form 1 string consistency.
  7. Add essence, cardamom powder n saffron. Stir well n keep aside
  8. Now heat ghee n fry jalebis on medium heat till crispy.
  9. Fry all jalebis n dip in sugar syrup.
  10. Now take out on serving dish n garnish with some nuts n pistachios.
  11. Garam garam Delicious kesariya jalebis are ready to eat
