Put the Water, Milk and Salad Oil in pot and turn the heat on until boil. Once turn off the heat.
Add the mixed flours and the Honey. Knead it well.
Add the Egg and knead it again.
If the dough gets soft, turn the small heat and knead it at the consistency of your ear lobe.
Roll the dough into balls.When it is difficult, put the oil on your hands.
Heat the frying oil to between 170 to 180 degrees, then fry. When the balls become golden brown,remove from the frying oil.
If you do not have the Honey, you can use sugar syrup. 2tbsp Sugar and 1tbsp water mix these well. Cover it a plastic wrap and use microwave for 1 minuets.
