Thandai is one of the most popular of recent trending foods on earth. It’s enjoyed by millions daily. It’s simple, it’s quick, it tastes delicious. They’re fine and they look wonderful. Thandai is something which I have loved my whole life.

To begin with this particular recipe, we must prepare a few ingredients. You can cook thandai using 13 ingredients and 11 steps. Here is how you cook it.

The ingredients needed to make Thandai:
  1. Get 3 spoon Almonds
  2. Get 1 spoon cashunuts
  3. Take 1/2 spoon fennel seeds
  4. Get 1/2 spoon melon seeds
  5. Take 1 spoon black peper seeds
  6. Take 1 spoon pistachio
  7. Make ready 1 spoon poppyseeds
  8. Take 1/2 spoon cardemom powder
  9. Prepare as required Some rose petals / gulkand / rose syrup
  10. Get For sugar syrup -
  11. Make ready 300 gm sugar
  12. Make ready 150 ml drinking water
  13. Get as required Some saffron
Steps to make Thandai:
  1. Take all dry nuts all ingredients and soak in little lukwarm water soak for 4-5 hours.
  2. Add some rose petals or rose syrup
  3. Now take a mixi jar add all ingredients and make a smooth paste
  4. For sugar syrup - Take a pan add water n sugar heat up stir till sugar dissolves don't make thik chasni
  5. In hot sugar syrup add grinding paste and stir it contnusly add safron
  6. After 15-20 min it gets thik add 150 ml water again cook for some time then cool it down to room temperature
  7. Store the thandai in glass bottel
  8. When ever serve in a vessel take 2 glass water warm add 1 spoon thandai mixture mix and cook for 5 min
  9. Keep this thandai mix milk in fridge for 2 hours - Serve cold
  10. Your delicious refreshing thandai is ready - Enjoy it. - HAPPY HOLI - Thank-you
  11. Take a spoon deep in thandai mixture if it steak back side a spoon then it made completely
