Instructions to make Fish cutlets:
Boil fish for 10 minutes.
Make ginger- garlic paste. Cut onions, green chillies, coriander. Make ginger-garlic paste.
De-scale fish and crush it.
Mix the onions, green chillies, coriander, fish, Ginger-garlic paste, garam masala, chilli powder, cumin powder, 2 tsp salt, 1/2 TSP pepper, coriander powder and eggs in an order.
Blend the bread, add 1 tsp salt and 1/2 tsp pepper.
Pat the fish mixture into patties
Make slurry out of maida/flour and add 1/2 tsp salt.
Dip the patty into maida slurry, coat in bread crumbs and set aside until they're all done.
Take a shallow sauce pan, add oil and fry the cutlets until golden brown. Rest in tissue paper and serve.
