  1. Heat wok with oil then saute the pork, when pork starts to brown add in garlic, onions n celery, saute until cook
  2. Add in carrots and snowpeas and saute until half cooked. Then put in soy sauce and oyster sauce stir and add water just enough to cover the vegetables
  3. When it starts to boil you can add now the chinese cabbage, mix well and seperate all ingredients from the sauce
  4. Now soak the noodles in the sauce while in medium heat let the noodles absorb the sauce season it with salt and pepper and lastly sesame oil for the aroma. Now combine with the vegeatables.

Mix in the stir-fried liver and veggies. Top with sliced Bai's Boneless Lechon Cebu and serve with calamansi on.
