  4. Heat oil and saute garlic and onion until translucent
  5. Add tomato, chili and laurel leaf, cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
  6. Add the pre cook squid. Add remaining vinegar and soy sauce mixture. Add oyster sauce if desired. Salt and pepper to taste.
